Format
This is a virtual course and will be run on zoom.
Fee and documentation and data protection
A non-refundable deposit of £500 + VAT is required to secure your booking, if full payment is not given at the time of booking. The total fee must be paid in advance of the course start date and includes printed documentation and the revision day held two weeks before the exam. The printed documentation will be sent by courier to arrive with paid delegates 3 working days before the event. Please provide a home address/preferred address above, as well as an email address and phone number, for receipt of this documentation . In terms of data protection, please note that this will be provided to the courier company to deliver the documentation, unless you advise us to make other arrangements.
Attendance requirements
Delegates must attend at least 100%
of the course in order to undertake the assignment and gain the Certificate. Students can watch videos of any sessions missed in case of unexpected issues e.g. illness. 90% of the course including all group work sessions must be watched live to consolidate learning.

Booking procedure for bookings by invoice
Due to high levels of interest in this event, we recommend the following procedure for bookings where payment will be made by invoice:

If places are available, we will hold a provisional place for you for a maximum of 30 days.
Course administration details
Please contact us if you do not receive written confirmation of your booking within two weeks of making the reservation. Your course handbook and any final information will be sent to paid delegates approximately three weeks before the course. Zoom links will be sent to paid delegates approximately one week before the event. If you do not receive these in a timely manner, please telephone 0345 017 6986 / 020 8344 2328
Cancellation policy
For cancellations received in writing 28 days or more before the course commences, we will provide a refund, less the £500 deposit. If the cancellation is received less than 28 days before the course start date, no refund will be made. At any time
before the course commences, we will accept an alternative delegate
from your organisation. Refunds are not available to delegates who
fail to attend after confirming a booking. Transfers to future courses
can only be arranged up to 28 days prior to the start date of the
course booked, subject to a £100 + VAT administration fee.
Zoom
If necessary, we can arrange rental of laptop/iPad for a small additional fee.
